Your Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a positive and helpful attitude
  • Follow up on assigned leads and proactively engage in cold calling
  • Conduct thorough inspections of roofs and exteriors, documenting damage
  • Provide professional estimates for roofing and construction services
  • Guide homeowners through insurance claims for storm-related repairs
  • Generate business through door-knocking, lead generation, and referrals
  • Secure signed agreements and payments to initiate projects
  • Submit documentation to the production team for project execution
  • Attend roofing projects to support customers and generate additional business
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions
